Hi, I’m Tina Carnevale, founder of TLC Senior Advisors. I’m a social worker and Senior Living Advisor with over 15 years of experience helping seniors and families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, hospital discharge planning, hospice, palliative care, and senior care services. My work has always centered on supporting seniors and guiding families through complex decisions with compassion, clarity, and confidence.
For years, I worked closely with families facing overwhelming decisions after hospitalizations, during rehab stays, following new diagnoses, or as health and cognitive needs began to change.
I saw firsthand how stressful and emotional these moments can be. Families were often expected to make major decisions about assisted living, memory care, and long term care quickly, while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn.
I created TLC Senior Advisors because I knew families deserved better.
